MEETINGS

ASB Meetings

ASB meetings are held the last Thursday of every month, in the AV center at Maruapula School from 6:30 pm until 7:30 pm. These meetings are open to all society members and their guests at no cost.

Following these meetings will be an ASB committee meeting, for committee members only.

General Meetings

Once a year, an annual general meeting will be held for all society members. These meetings require the attendance of all members, as a voting quorum is needed for the election of committee members and for making any other decisions requiring a membership vote.

These meetings are for paid-up members only. All members will be notified in advance regarding the date for the AGM each year.
